The Detailed Contract is Mutually Agreed as Follow
1.The Hirer Must have a VALID international or local driving Licence.
2.The hirer shall only ulilize the motorcycle for the purpose of sight seeing within a radius of 50KM of Pattaya.
3.There is no insurance against theft accident or damage the hirer is responsible for the theft acident or damage caused by yourself or third person.
4.The hirer has to pay 100% of any rental agreement time in the case of premature return.
5.During the rental the hirer must take good care the motorbike and maintaine it like their own property.
6.If the motorbike which you have hired is damaged or mechanically unsound, please return the motorbike to allow us to repair it do not take it to be repaired yourself.
7.always utilize the steering lock and additional bike lock provived, when leaving the bike unattended.
